This past weekend was a blast. Our local shop sponsor Texoma Cycling Center hosted the Spook 'N Spoke ride on Saturday morning. This was a community charity ride to benefit the WF Heat, the local high school cycling program, and our team was there in full support. Thanks to another sponsor, 2Quik Carbon, we were set up with a GoPro camera and filmed the whole event. Check it out.
The ride was great from start to finish. Costumes were in low supply, mostly because the temperature was below 50 degrees when we got started at 10am, but everyone still had a blast. The team, along with a few other locals, rode the 100k course and got to see some beautiful areas around Wichita Falls. We also had plenty of drinks, treats, and candy at all of the rest stops thanks to the local volunteers.
We want to give a big thanks to Jarvis, TCC, the WF Heat, and everyone else who put on a super fun (brisk) fall ride.
